SAN ANTONIO, TX – May 20, 2019 – Summer just got sweeter at Valencia Hotel Group. Each hotel has put their own special twist on a seasonal menu of treats that combine premium spirits and popsicles.

Bring the party home with these Valencia Hotel Group Poptail Recipes:

Mexican Candy Poptail-courtesy of Texican Court
• 1.75 oz Silver Tequila
• .5 oz Watermelon Liquor
• 3 dashes of Texican Hot Sauce
• 2 oz Splash of Sprite

Add Tequila, Watermelon Liquor and Sprite into Cocktail Shaker with Ice. Shake and strain into Tajin rimed glass with ice top with (3) dashes of Texican Hot Sauce. Add Popsicle and Lime Wedge Garnish.

Cherry Mint Freeze-courtesy of Lone Star Court
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• .25 oz Lime Juice
• 3 oz Sprite
• .25 oz Grenadine
• Mint
• Cherry Popsicle

Combine Vodka, lime juice, and Grenadine and shake ingredients and strain into glass. Top with Sprite, add fresh mint and a Cherry popsicle and serve.

• 5 oz. Absolut Grapefruit
• 8 oz Real Strawberry Infused Syrup
• 8 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
• 8 oz water

Combine all ingredients into a bucket and mix well. Pour as needed into a popsicle form or single serve bags. (makes approximately 20 popsicles)

• Blackberry infused vodka martini.
• 1.5oz Vodka
• .25oz triple sec
• .5oz razzmatazz liquor
• .5oz cranberry
• .25oz lime juice
Shake and pour into rocks glass and serve with poptail

Poptail ingredients
• .5oz Lime juice
• .5oz Simple syrup
• .75oz Blackberry juice
• .75oz Cranberry juice
• .75oz Raspberry juice

For the poptail, blend the ingredients, freeze in popsicle molds for 2 hours and serve with Monnalisa drink.

• 1.25 oz. Sauza Silver Tequila
• 0.5 oz. Triple Sec
• 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz. agave nectar

Rim glass with spicy salt (equal parts margarita salt and chili powder or tajin). Garnish with sliced jalapeño or milder pepper if preferred. Shake ingredients and strain into glass. Serve with a mango popsicle.

• 40 oz. Orange Juice
• 10 oz Vanilla Schnapps
• 10 oz. water
• 6 oz cherry juice

Mix all ingredients and transfer into popsicle molds filled ¾. This popsicle is served in a coupe glass filled with prosecco. (makes ½ gallon)

Red, White & Boozy -courtesy of Cavalry Court
• 1.5 Oz Rum Haven Coconut Rum
• 1.5 Oz White Cranberry Juice (recipe attached)

Prepare as a martini, in a shaker tin and add ingredients. Shake till tin freezes over. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sour blue sugar. Sink .25 oz grenadine and dress with a cherry and a Bomb-Pop popsicle.
